*You must be a current business member on the date of the event to qualify for the business member rates.

The printed magazine will be distributed in goody bags on the day.

Please note, when booking, be aware that the event runs between 12pm - 4pm. Exhibitors are expected to remain (and set up) in the venue until 4pm. 'Packing up early ' indicates to couples that the show is about to close which is unfair to other businesses who want to exhibit until the end time of 4pm. If you have a genuine reason to leave early, please advise us before completing your booking.

Important. Please select your requirements carefully. Changes will be allowed up to 3 weeks before the event (22nd September). These include, table & table size, table cloth, power, number of chairs.

Any changes thereafter will incur an additional £45 fee.
